What Information Do We Collect?

When you register for an account we will collect personal information such as your name and email address.

From time to time we may inform you of other training events you may be interested in. You can opt out of these emails at any time.



How we use and store your data


Teachable

Tavistock Relationships uses the Teachable platform in order to provide access to pre-recorded learning materials.

When you setup an account your information will be stored and managed within the Teachable platform.

The Teachable platform uses cookies. 'Cookies' are small pieces of information sent by an organisation to your computer and stored on your hard drive to allow that website to recognise you when you visit. They collect statistical data about your browsing actions and patterns and do not identify you as an individual.

Stripe

If you make a purchase on this site you will be directed to make a payment via the Stripe Payment Gateway and will asked to provide card payment details.

Your card information will not be held by us. Stripe are a third-party payment processor who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions and are compliant with GDPR


Mailchimp

We use a software platform called Mailchimp to send out information on Tavistock Relationships and our training events. Your name and email address will be stored with Mailchimp who keep all information on servers that are based in the United States and is GDPR compliant.

Keeping Your Data Secure

In order to ensure we keep your personal information as secure as possible, Tavistock Relationships has robust technical and organisational procedures. These include ensuring your data is only accessed by authorised members of staff for purposes relating to the delivery of our training services.

In order to ensure your data is secure we ensure all third party platforms are GDPR compliant and hold your data securely.



How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

Our retention periods are set to ensure we only keep data as long as is necessary and take into account statutory and legal obligations.

Your account on Teachable will be removed after 24 months without activity.

The GDPR gives you certain rights in relation to the data we hold about you. You can exercise the rights outlined below by contacting us:

  • You can access a copy of the information we hold about you
  • You can rectify any inaccurate or incomplete personal data

  • You can also ask us to delete or restrict how we use your personal information, but this right is determined by applicable law
  • You can have your registration information (if registering using our online booking system) sent to another provider
  • You have the right to appropriate decision making (Tavistock Relationships does not use automated profiling or decision making)
